Dale LaCroix, MD
Dr. Dale LaCroix is a Board-Certified OB/GYN who received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont, Burlington, Vt. and Medical Degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine, Burlington, Vt. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of Rochester-Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, N.Y. Dr. LaCroix is licensed in Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Vermont.
Fred Nichols, DO
Dr. Fred Nichols is a Board-Certified OB/GYN who received a B.S. in Chemical Biology from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, N.J. and Medical Degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury, N.Y. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson, N.J. Dr. Fred Nichols is licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Florida, New Jersey, and New York.
Matthew King, MD
Dr. Matthew King is a Board-Certified OB/GYN who received a B.S. in Integrative Biology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Ill. and Medical Degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago, Ill. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, Ill. Dr. King is licensed in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.
Teresa Marlino, MD
Dr. Teresa Marlino is a Board-Certified OB/GYN who received a B.S. in Physical Therapy from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pa. and Medical Degree from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, Pa. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, Pa. Dr. Marlino is licensed in Pennsylvania.
Scott Treutlein, MD
Dr. Scott Treutlein is a Board-Certified OB/GYN who received a B.S. in Medicinal Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, N.Y., and Medical Degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada, West Indies. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at SUNY Buffalo OB/GYN Department in Buffalo, N.Y. Dr. Treuntlein is licensed in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Chase White is a Board-Certified OBHG who received a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, Calif. and Medical Degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine, Sacramento, Calif. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California in Irvine, Calif. and Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pa. Q: What is OBHG?
A: OBHG is the OB Hospitalist Group, which is of a team of doctors that routinely provide coverage to help deliver babies. You will still see the Guthrie OB/GYN team throughout your pregnancy. A Guthrie provider or an OBHG doctor will deliver your baby, depending on when you deliver.
Q: Will I be billed by OBGH or Guthrie?
A: You may receive separate charges from Guthrie and OBHG. If an OBHG provider delivers your baby, you will receive a separate bill for their Professional Physician fee, as well as a hospital bill from Guthrie.
Q: Will my insurance cover OBHG?
A: OBHG participates with many insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Guthrie Highmark.

Guthrie is proud of it’s mission to provide care to all who need it. If you do not have health insurance or worry that you may not be able to pay for part or all of your care, we may be able to help. Guthrie provides financial aid to patients based on their income, assets, and financial needs. In addition, we may be able to help you get free or low-cost health insurance or work with you to arrange a manageable payment plan.
