Guthrie’s Nurse-Family Partnership program provides the support and information you need as you prepare for your new baby’s arrival.  A specially trained nurse will visit with you to support you throughout your pregnancy and after your baby arrives too.

  • Build a strong network for yourself and your baby, including community support services

How Much Does the Program Cost and Can My Baby’s Father Participate?

Nurse-Family Partnership is free to all eligible women. Participation is voluntary. NFP encourages fathers, partners, family members, and even friends to be involved in the visits to learn how they can best support you and your baby.

Who Can Enroll?

The program is open to any woman who:

  • Is pregnant
  • Lives in Bradford, Sullivan, or Tioga counties in Pennsylvania
  • Meets income eligibility

You can join as early in your pregnancy as you like but you must join before week 28 of pregnancy.
