What drew me to Pharmacy: I chose pharmacy due to the large impact that the profession has on the entire patient population. I specifically chose institutional pharmacy as I love being able to see the patient as a whole and I enjoy having the opportunity to make a greater overall impact on their health. With medications as a core element of patient health, I feel as though I can really have a positive influence on patients no matter where in the health system I am located.
What do I like to do in my free time: Reading, drawing, listening to music, playing video games, spending time with family and friends, hiking and exercising.

What drew me to Pharmacy: After watching a family member struggle with finding the right medication to control a chronic disease, I decided that I wanted to be involved in finding better treatment options for those in need, and I could best do that by pursuing a career in pharmacy. What drove me towards clinical pharmacy was my APPE rotation at Guthrie Robert Packer. I gained so much valuable experience during my time here and was encouraged to apply for the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency program. I'm excited to learn more about clinical pharmacy and become a part of the Robert Packer team this year!
What do I like to do in my free time: Mostly, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, but I also love just being outside on warmer, sunny days or curling up with a good book on rainy or cold days. When I'm feeling especially creative, I enjoy painting, drawing, writing and learning new crafts.

What drew me to Pharmacy: During my undergraduate studies, I volunteered a local hospital pharmacy and started the Pre-Pharmacy Association. I chose pharmacy as I had an interest in medications and saw the impacts pharmacists can have in a variety of healthcare settings. My current interests include pain management, substance use disorder, and opioid stewardship.
What do I like to do in my free time: Spending time with my family and friends, watching movies, trying new restaurants, and playing video games!
