Please join Guthrie Lourdes Auxiliary for Guthrie Lourdes Ball 2027, a gala in the “garden.” You’ll enjoy festive cocktails and bountiful food stations. And then dance away the winter blues amid our cheery blooms!
The annual Ball is the Auxiliary’s largest source of income, allowing our organization to make significant contributions to the quality of care offered by Guthrie Lourdes Hospital.
Since 1955, all-volunteer Guthrie Lourdes Auxiliary has raised $4.2 million for:
- Hospital expansion, renovation and specialized equipment
- Grants to local non-profit organizations
- Standing committee projects that benefit hospital caregivers, volunteers, patients and the community
Auxiliary gifts over the past decade include:
- $386,000 toward a state-of-the-art imaging and navigation system for spinal surgery
- $50,000 for an aquatic treadmill used in orthopedic rehab
- $50,000 for bariatric care equipment
- $100,000 for a panoramic 2D imaging system and pediatric radiographic sensors for the Lourdes Center for Oral Health
- $100,000 for the Breast Care Center’s 3D tomosynthesis mammography imager
- Generous college scholarships for the hospital’s junior volunteers
- $82,500 for pandemic relief
Proceeds from the 2027 gala will go toward purchase of a high-precision linear accelerator for targeted radiation therapy.
