The value of our Adult and Junior Volunteers is priceless! Volunteers provide many of the services that improve the quality of patient stays and support medical and administrative staff. Many of these volunteer opportunities are listed below.

College Volunteers

Planning to volunteer during the Spring 2025 semester or beyond?
Submit your application between January 1 and January 15.

Radiologic Technology & Physical Therapy Program Applicants

If you are applying to the Radiologic Technology or Physical Therapy program and need volunteer hours or observation experience:

Junior Volunteers

Our program has limited openings during the school year. Acceptance is contingent upon student and departmental availability.

Summer opportunities are more flexible! If you’re interested in volunteering only during the summer, apply after May 15, 2026.

Please complete the application that matches your age group.

Volunteer Requirements

All volunteers will be required to complete a training that includes hospital policies, federal patient privacy law, safety procedures, and procedures specific to the areas the volunteer will work. All Guthrie Lourdes volunteers are required to meet certain health requirements and screenings prior to volunteering, including a general health physical, TB testing, drug screen and flu vaccine. A background check will also be conducted.
