Parents and Children Together (PACT)
Parents and Children Together (PACT) is a Parents As Teachers home visiting program that serves families in Broome, Tioga, and Chenango Counties.
Services are offered from pregnancy until their child reaches age five. PACT home visitors bring toys, books, activities, and information to stimulate your child's development. They also complete developmental screenings, monitoring your child's milestones, and offer referrals to community resources. PACT recognizes you, the parents, as your child's first and foremost teachers. PACT home visits are fun for the whole family. All Guthrie Lourdes PACT home visitors are certified by the Parents As Teachers National Center as Parent Educators and use the Parents as Teachers curriculum.
