Welcome to the Lourdes Family Medicine Residency!
I am delighted you are here to learn more about our program. I have been the director since its inception in 2014 and am so thrilled with our success. We are a 10-10-10, community-based program which focuses on the care of all patients with special attentiveness to the most vulnerable. As we approach our second decade, we are excited to be part of The Guthrie Clinic and offer even more individualized opportunities for your learning and professional growth. Our graduates have been very successful in meeting their career goals and we are eager to help tailor your educational plan to meet your needs as well. We are also proud of maintaining a 100% board pass rate for our graduates. Mission and Aims
We believe in the practice of evidence-based medicine throughout every educational experience. Our program focuses on providing a high-quality, patient-centered approach to medicine and prepares residents to practice competently in widely diverse practice settings. We foster a team approach in the delivery of medicine by working collaboratively with other primary care physicians, specialists, and ancillary providers. Recognizing the demands placed on a resident in training, Guthrie Lourdes highly regards resident wellness as a top priority.
