Guthrie Wins National Marketing Awards

Guthrie is pleased to announce that it has been nationally recognized for its physician recruitment marketing campaigns. The health system won five awards at three separate events this spring.

Guthrie’s Physician Recruiting team received the awards for a series of direct marketing postcards developed for physician recruitment in a variety of specialties, including urology and family medicine. The postcard campaign is part of an ongoing strategy to identify strong physician candidates from across the nation to consider joining the Guthrie health system. The campaigns were targeted at specific areas of recruitment where Guthrie is growing and looking for more providers.

Awards were given based on creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact. At the 15th Annual Aster Awards, Guthrie received a gold and bronze award. At the 33rd Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards, Guthrie took home a silver and bronze award. At the 13th Annual Service Industry Advertising Awards (SIAA), Guthrie received a merit award.

Guthrie is a non-profit integrated health system located in north central Pennsylvania and Upstate New York, serving patients from an 11-county service area.
