Application Process

  • Register and take the TEAS exam right away by clicking here
    • Scores will be valid for a 12-month period
       
  • Apply to Guthrie through Oracle between August 3 - August 31
    • Please return August 3 for the req # to apply in Oracle
    • Guthrie managers will be alerted to candidate interest in the program
    • To be eligible, candidates must be full-time, benefit eligible Guthrie caregivers for at least six months and have a minimum of one year of LPN experience
    • Submit a screen shot of your TEAS results to Guthrie, along with your application, by August 31
       

  • Apply to Excelsior between August 3 - August 31

    • Learn more and apply online here 
    • Send TEAS result transcripts from ATI to Excelsior ($20)
