Providers can use a variety of methods to diagnose via telemedicine, including a review of your symptoms, a discussion about what you are experiencing, and a visual assessment of your behavior and symptoms.

Guthrie Now can be used to diagnose common conditions such as:

Can I use this service for my child?
Yes, for children ages 2 and up. You may add your children to your account at any time.

How much does Guthrie Now cost?
Guthrie costs $49 per visit. A credit card is required to pay at the time of your visit.

Guthrie employees and family members with the Guthrie Network Advantage Plan pay a $15 co-pay.

Will my insurance cover the visit?
Guthrie does not submit claims for Guthrie Now visits to health insurance carriers. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may wish to submit a claim to be reimbursed for your visit. Check with your health plan for details about coverage.

Can I get a prescription?
Yes, if your provider thinks a prescription medication is necessary and appropriate. Your provider will send your prescription directly to your pharmacy.

What equipment and devices do I need?
