Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, caregivers must:
•    Have at least one year of experience as an LPN
•    Receive manager approval
•    Achieve a passing TEAS score (minimum 58.7%)
•    Complete the TEAS exam within one year of application
•    Apply to both Guthrie and Excelsior University
