A lack of inclusivity in orthopaedic surgery is a concern, and one The Guthrie Clinic and the Robert Packer Hospital Orthopaedic Surgery Residency takes very seriously. In our selection process we are careful not to discriminate based upon race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or genetic information. Recruiting with a focus on maximizing the inclusivity of the program will be at the forefront of the residency selection process.
