Cortland Memorial Foundation is proud to offer several scholarship and loan opportunities to provide financial assistance to employees who are pursuing health-related careers and to those who want to expand upon or advance their existing career. They are:

- Margaret E. Reynolds Scholarship Loan for Nursing
- Tuition Buy-Back Program
- Annette Atkinson Education Assistance Scholarship Fund
