Application
Guthrie Lourdes Family Medicine Residency is fully accredited by ACGME, including Osteopathic Recognition, and all residents will be eligible for Board Certification upon completion of Residency. Please note we are unable to sponsor applicant VISAs.
While reviewing applications we look for:
Authorization to Work in the US
- Successful completion of level/steps I, II & III of the COMLEX/USMLE by start of residency
- Graduation from medical school within the last three (3) years
- Three letters of recommendation from clinical supervisors
Applications are accepted until December 1st
