This was my first time at a walk in center. I was pleasantly surprised.

This issue was very straightforward. She was in agreement that I needed the shot and administered it right away. I was in the clinic about 10 minutes total.

provider spent little time with me. She did not tell me my diagnosis. I had to search the paperwork for it after I left. The provider did not explain anything to me about my issues other than how to take the prescription she prescribed. I wish she would have at least told me what my diagnosis was. I'm not looking forward to the bill I am going to receive for this visit that offered very little information into my problem.

She very gruff and seemed very short and defensive. My BP was high and she made me feel as though she didn't believe my symptoms -I felt like she thought I was lying. just not very nice or compassionate.

Provider did not even open my sons chart, nor did she touch my son/examine him. she looked at his face, left the room and said she was sending in an antibiotic but never even said what it was. awful experience and huge waste of time because I didn't get any type of explanation as to what his problem was!
