provider could NOT provide info about drug to be administered did not know length of treatment. Had not familiarized self on my history had to tell her everything. Discharge instructions were wrong and when brought to attention did not take ownership

I would be likely to refer *name removed* to others, but I am not sure I would recommend the Cancer Center to others because I feel the quality of patient service and quality of the oncologists is declining
