Two Guthrie Entities Named 2026 Best Places to Work In Healthcare By Modern Healthcare

Guthrie Troy Community Hospital and Guthrie Home Health have been honored as among the nation's Best Places to Work in Healthcare 2026 by Modern Healthcare magazine. This is the second consecutive yearly recognition for Troy and the first for Home Health, and they are the only entities in the region to earn this distinction in 2026.

The Best Places to Work in Healthcare program uses a two-part assessment to identify leading healthcare employers. This includes a detailed employer assessment examining workplace policies, benefits and practices, along with an employee feedback survey gathering anonymous staff input on leadership, culture, compensation, benefits and overall job satisfaction.
