Gabriel Ologun, MD is a board-certified general surgery physician at Cortland Fisher Avenue and Ithaca with clinical interests in laparoscopic procedures, gastrointestinal pathology, and cutaneous lesions. Dr. Ologun completed his education at State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y., and a residency at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa. Michael Timar, DO is a board-certified family medicine physician in Troy with clinical interests in primary care services, geriatrics and newborn care. Anna Konstas, MD joins the family medicine and Obstetrics/Gynecology teams in Sayre with clinical interests in women’s health, primary care services and obstetrics. Carmela San Luis, MD is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurologist at Corning Centerway with clinical interests in neuromuscular conditions, single fiber EMG, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Peter O’Halloran, MD is a fellowship-trained interventional radiologist at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center, Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre and Towanda campuses, Guthrie Troy Community Hospital and Guthrie Corning Hospital with clinical interests in organ and bone biopsy, vertebroplasty, and vascular access and recanalization. Dr. Miller completed his education at New York State College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, N.Y., and a residency, internship and fellowship at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y.

Cassian Horoszczak, MD, FRCPC is a fellowship-trained anesthesiologist at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center. Dr. Horoszczak completed his education at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed a residency and internship at State University of New York at Buffalo in Buffalo, N.Y., and a fellowship at University of Rochester in Rochester, N.Y.

Daniel D. Singer, MD is a fellowship-trained emergency medicine physician at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital and Guthrie Corning Hospital. Dr. Singer completed his education at Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University in New York, N.Y., and a residency at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, N.Y.

Elana Hayasaka, MD joins the emergency medicine teams at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital and Guthrie Corning Hospital. Dr. Hayasaka completed her education at Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Providence, R.I., and a residency at Boston Medical Center/Boston University in Boston, Mass.

Timothy LaFrance, DO joins the emergency medicine teams at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital and Guthrie Corning Hospital. Dr. LaFrance completed his education at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York, N.Y., and a residency at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, N.Y.

Sumyyah Yousufi, DO, MBA joins the emergency medicine teams at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital and Guthrie Corning Hospital. She completed her education at Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tenn., and a residency and internship at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, N.Y.

Haoyang Wang, MD is a nocturnal hospitalist at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center. Dr. Wang completed his education at West China School of Medicine, Sichuan University in Chengdu, China, and a residency at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Brighton, Mass.

Marie Cadet-Bouzi, FNP-C joins the family medicine and walk-in care teams at Corning Centerway Walk-In Care. Dr. Cadet-Bouzi completed her education at Binghamton University in Binghamton, N.Y., and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Elizabeth Hotaling, FNP-C is a hospitalist at Guthrie Troy Community Hospital, Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital and Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Towanda Campus. Elizabeth completed her education at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pa.
