John L. Frodel, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S. is a board-certified, fellowship trained otolaryngologist in Sayre with clinical interests in aesthetic services, cosmetic and functional nasal surgery and reconstructive/cosmetic surgery of the face. Dr. Frodel completed a residency at Deaconess-Harvard Surgical Service in Boston, Mass. and at the University of Washington in Seattle, Wash. He completed his fellowship at the University of California at San Francisco, Calif. in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Ashley B. Cipriano, D.O. joins the family medicine team in Sayre with clinical interests in osteopathic manipulation, pediatric and adolescent health and women’s health. Swapna Talluri, M.D. joins the internal medicine team in Sayre with clinical interests in hypertension and hyperthyroidism. Dr. Talluri completed her education at Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Gantur Medical College in Gantur, India and completed a residency at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa.
