Guthrie Thanksgiving 2025 Holiday Hours

Guthrie hospitals and 24-hour emergency departments will remain fully operational throughout the holiday weekend. Other services will have limited hours or be closed.

Walk-In Clinics

• Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, Nov. 27): Vestal Walk-In Clinic is open 8 a.m.–5 p.m. All other Guthrie walk-in clinics will be closed.
• Black Friday (Friday, Nov. 28): Vestal Walk-In Clinic and Chenango Bridge Walk-In Clinic are open 8 a.m.–5 p.m. All other Guthrie walk-in clinics will be closed.

Pharmacies and Labs

• Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 27): Corning Hospital Lab will be open for normal business hours. All other outpatient labs and pharmacies will be closed.
• Black Friday (Nov. 28)
  • Pharmacy Hours: The following pharmacies will operate with regular business hours: Guthrie Pharmacy Binghamton Riverside Drive, Guthrie Vestal Pharmacy, Guthrie Chenango Bridge Pharmacy, and Guthrie Pharmacy Johnson City Pavilion. Clinic Pharmacy in Sayre and Guthrie Binghamton Pharmacy will be closed.

General Closures

• General Closures: All Guthrie Medical Group practices and most outpatient labs will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27, and Friday, Nov. 28. Normal hours resume Monday, Dec. 1.
