Guthrie Post Concussion Support Group to Meet April 28
The Guthrie Post-Concussion Support Group will hold a meeting on Sunday, April 28 at 2 p.m. in the 4 Blue Conference Room located on the fourth floor of the Guthrie Medical Group in Sayre.
The meeting will feature guest speaker Jeffrey Pelachick, a graduate of Athens Area High School and Mansfield University. Pelachick will be speaking to the group for the second time. He will talk about his continued recovery and daily struggles dealing with Post-Concussion Syndrome.
The Guthrie Post-Concussion Support Group features speakers who share their personal journeys in dealing with sports related post-concussion syndrome. The group is free and open to community members who have suffered a concussion and their families.
