Guthrie Kicks Off a "Year of Hope" to Benefit Sayre House of Hope

September 18, 2020

Due to ongoing health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, Guthrie Gala 2020 is canceled, but the Sayre House of Hope still needs community support to fulfill its important mission. This year, instead of a one-night gathering, Guthrie is planning a year of awareness, fund-raising, and hope. A website with sponsorship and donation opportunities has been created to support a "Year of Hope".

The Sayre House of Hope provides affordable, temporary housing and support to Guthrie’s patients and families 365 days a year. It provides a home away from home for family members of patients who travel a distance to the Sayre campus. Whether individuals have daily treatments that make it difficult to travel to and from home or they have a family member in the hospital for an extended period of time, the House of Hope can provide a much needed place to stay.

Visit www.guthrie.org/gala for more information about the Sayre House of Hope and to see a full list of sponsorship and donation opportunities to support a Year of Hope.
