Guthrie to Honor Veterans with Open House, Free Coffee and Donuts on Veterans Day

Guthrie is extremely grateful for the contributions of all those who are serving or have served in the U.S. military.

To recognize our veterans, we are pleased to offer special Veterans Day activities on Tuesday, Nov. 11: 

  • Any veteran may receive free coffee and a donut at any Guthrie cafeteria by identifying themselves as veterans.  

  • The Veterans Resource Center at the Sayre clinic atrium will hold an open house from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free cookies and tours will be available.  

The Guthrie Veterans Committee is also selling veterans apparel, with proceeds benefiting the Veteran Recognition and Awareness Fund. 

Three options are available for purchase this year:  

  • Long-sleeve shirt in three colors: $28 

  • Knit beanie: $30 

  • Scarf: $22
