The Guthrie Clinic hosted its most successful Guthrie Gala on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, welcoming a sold-out crowd of 450 guests to Lighting the Way, presented by Expand Energy.

The event raised over $500,000 in support for Guthrie, setting a new fundraising record and marking the official launch of Here. For Good. – The Campaign for Guthrie, the largest philanthropic initiative in the organization’s history.

“The 2025 Guthrie Gala was a shining example of what we can achieve together with purpose and passion,” said Dr. Edmund Sabanegh, Jr., President and CEO of The Guthrie Clinic. “This is a testament to the generosity of our supporters and the strength of our mission.”

Held at Corning Museum of Glass, the Gala served as the official kickoff for Here. For Good. – The Campaign for Guthrie, a multi-year initiative aimed at transforming care across Guthrie’s entire system. Funds raised will directly support Guthrie’s goal of becoming a model for rural health care, amplifying access for all patients, elevating the standard of care, and unleashing the power of our caregivers.

“With the launch of Here. For Good. – The Campaign for Guthrie, we are lighting the way toward a future of exceptional care,” Dr. Sabanegh said. “We are deeply grateful to everyone who is walking this path with us.”

“This year’s Gala was more than a celebration—it was a powerful statement of community support and shared vision,” said Tricia Huston, Executive Director of Resource Development at Guthrie. “We are deeply grateful to our donors and sponsors for helping us light the way toward a healthier future.”
