Guthrie EMS to Offer Free Car Seat Checks Tuesday, May 20 During EMS Week

Guthrie Emergency Medical Services will host a free car seat check event Tuesday, May 20, in observance of National EMS Week. This event provides parents and caregivers the opportunity to have their child’s car seat inspected to ensure proper installation and appropriate sizing.

The event will be held at two locations on May 20:

• Towanda campus of Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital: 9- 11:30 a.m.
• Former Kmart building at 2900 Elmira St., Sayre: noon to 3 p.m.

Proper car seat installation is essential for child safety during travel. This free inspection service offers families peace of mind.
