Guthrie Earns Epic Honor Roll Distinction

March 16, 2022
summa cum laude

Guthrie has earned the Summa Cum Laude Honor Roll distinction from Epic – one of the largest providers of health information technology, used primarily by health systems to access, organize, store and share electronic medical records.

The Epic Honor Roll Good Maintenance Grant Program distinction at the Summa Cum Laude level is the highest recognition achievable. This is Guthrie’s fifth year participating in the Honor Roll program and third year earning the highest level, Summa Cum Laude.

The program is based on eight components: Ease of Use for Providers, Enterprise Data and Analytics, Financial, Health Information Exchange, Infrastructure, Patient Experience, Population Health, and Staying Current. There are three levels of program achievement based on the number of components completed: Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude. Completing all eight components of the program qualifies an organization to reach Summa Cum Laude.

Mastering all of these components ensures that Guthrie draws the most value from our Epic software investment and helps improve the health and wellness of the communities we serve.
