Guthrie Couch to 5K Registration Open

Guthrie is the proud sponsor of a Couch to 5K program offered by Confluence Running, B.U. Running Club and Vestal Coal House. 

The program features weekly wellness programs followed by running and walking training broken down by pace, individual attention to every participant’s goals and refreshments following each session. Sessions began on Tuesday, Sept. 18 and will continue every Tuesday through Oct. 30 at Vestal Coal House/Rail Trail. 

Cost for the program is $10 which includes the wellness program and a 5K race on Sunday, Nov. 4 at the Vestal Coal House as well as an event shirt. The program is open to all ages and abilities, and participants may participate in any or all of the wellness and training sessions or just the race.
