The Guthrie Clinic Welcomes New Board Member Courtney Midanek
The Guthrie Clinic is pleased to welcome Courtney Midanek as a new member to its Board of Directors, effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Midanek is a Managing Director and Co‑Leader of Kaufman Hall’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, with more than 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, valuations, and strategic advisory for health care organizations.
Beyond her professional work, Midanek has served community organizations including USA Triathlon and Chicago Commons. She also engages the health care sector through podcasts and articles that help health systems explore partnership models to improve access, operational performance and community impact.
