Guthrie Announces Major Nurse Recruitment Campaign with Unprecedented Sign-On Bonus

The Guthrie Clinic announced today the details of a major nurse recruitment campaign for Lourdes Hospital. As of Jan. 24, and for a period of 90 days, Guthrie is offering a $50,000 sign-on bonus to new, but experienced, full-time direct care Registered Nurses (RN) for Lourdes Hospital in select, high-need areas. 

As Guthrie learned during the pandemic, market-competitive compensation strategies are key to maintaining adequate staffing with permanent, full-time nurses in favor of travelling agency staff.

Along with the $50,000 sign-on bonus for targeted Lourdes RN positions, Guthrie will continue to offer up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus for other experienced RNs in other areas.  

Additionally, as a thank you for helping to grow the team at Lourdes, we are doubling the referral bonus for caregivers who refer nurses to Lourdes in the identified areas from $10,000 to $20,000.
