Bloom Reception Raises More Than $30,000 for Guthrie Corning Hospital
Guthrie proudly hosted Bloom, an exclusive spring cocktail reception that brought together community leaders, donors, and friends to celebrate philanthropy and the enduring impact of Guthrie Corning Hospital. Held this month at the Corning Country Club, the special event raised more than $30,000, with net proceeds directly benefiting Guthrie Corning Hospital.
Set against a vibrant display of seasonal florals, Bloom offered guests a memorable experience featuring gourmet bites, live instrumental music by the Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes Principal String Quartet, and heartfelt recognition of those whose generosity has helped the hospital blossom into a cornerstone of compassionate health care in the region.
“Bloom was more than a beautiful event—it was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve together,” said Tricia Huston, Executive Director of Guthrie Resource Development. “The funds raised will help ensure Guthrie Corning Hospital continues to provide exceptional care to our community.”
Guthrie extends sincere thanks to the sponsors and attendees whose support made this event possible. Their partnership continues to advance Guthrie’s mission and strengthens the future of local health care. Special thanks to our lead sponsors, Health Information Partners, Five Star Bank, Chemung Canal Trust Company, and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield.
