- Identify how medical resident roles and responsibilities have changed in recent decades.
- Explain how wellness, mental health, performance, and outcomes are interconnected.
- Identify the current management strategies that have been implemented to deal with this problem.
- Explain the shortcomings of above strategies, and the importance of broader, systems-based solutions.
