Gaining evidence-based knowledge of the labor/birth process is not only comforting, but empowers you to have your best birth experience.
This one-day class will prepare you for the birth of your baby by exploring the stages of labor/birth, coping and relaxation skills, and medical interventions such as induction of labor, epidurals, and cesarean birth.
Time is spent on discussion, videos, and practicing coping and relaxation skills (breathing & more).
This class is designed for the mother-to-be and one labor support person. Class attendance is recommended anytime during the third trimester.

Sarah worked as a labor/delivery RN for five years. She is a certified childbirth educator through PCE, and started teaching in October 2017.
