The postpartum period, or the immediate time after you’ve birthed your baby, is a wonderful and monumental period of time. In this one-day class, you will learn not only what to expect for your baby, but also the changes associated with becoming a mother, both physically and emotionally. Addressing things like the physical changes to the body of a woman after she has had her baby, the emotional changes associated with becoming a parent, the evolution of your relationship with a partner, among other topics, will help to prepare you for this amazing time.
