  1. Describe root causes of disparity health and healthcare and inequity as patient safety challenges.
  2. Explain implicit bias, stereotypes, structural competency and racism as patient safety root causes.
  3. List actions needed to eliminate health and healthcare inequity.
  4. Enumerate recommendations for a framework for achieving health equity.
