  2. Review literature of catheter-based ablation for atrial fibrillation.
  3. Review retrospective observational analysis at Guthrie.
  4. Review current evidence-based therapy for HFrEF and HFpEF.
  5. Identify patient-centered strategies for initiation of heart failure therapies.
