Contact us to answer a few questions to determine your eligibility for lung cancer screening, including if:
- You’re age 50 – 77 (up to age 80 with certain commercial insurance plans)
- You do not have any signs or symptoms of lung cancer
- You have not had a previous lung cancer
- You are a current smoker or quit smoking less than 15 years ago
- You are or were a heavy smoker (20 pack-year history)
