Donate to Win

Eligibility:

• Open to US residents, 18 years and older.
• The giveaway is conducted by The Guthrie Clinic, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation.

Entry Schedule:

• No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Making a payment does not affect your chances of winning.
• Entry Opportunities: Entries are available in increments of $25 but are not required for participation.
• Entry Benefits: Each entry allows participation in the giveaway.
• Entry Methods:
  • Online Entries: Participants can submit their entries at: https://www.guthrie.org/DonateToWin
  • In-Person Entries: Entries made on-site at the event venue on April 16, 2026, will be recorded and provide the same participation as online entries. In-person entry will be available from 5:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
• Mail-In Entries: To participate without making any payment, send paper entry to

  • The entry must include: (1) full name; (2) mailing address (street address, city, state/district, and zip code; P.O. boxes are not accepted); (3) telephone number; (4) email address; (5) date of birth; and (6) the statement, “I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules for the ‘Guthrie Gala Donate to Win’.”
  • All mail-in entries must be received by April 16, 2026. Each free method of entry must be mailed separately.

• Prize Limitation: Only one prize may be awarded per household. No person is eligible to win more than one prize.
• Prizes are not negotiable and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Drawing & Notification:

• Drawing: Winners will be drawn live at the event on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. EST.
• Admission: Entry into the giveaway does not convey admission to the event. Separate arrangements are needed for attendance.
• Notification: Winners will be notified by phone within two business days of the drawing.
• Claiming Prizes: Prizes must be claimed by 5:00 p.m. EST on June 3, 3026. Any unclaimed prize after that date will be forfeited and transferred to The Guthrie Clinic as a donation.
• Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and federal taxes, insurance, and expenses incurred in claiming the prize. Winners release The Guthrie Clinic and any additional sponsors, agents, officers, directors, and legal representatives from any and all claims or liabilities arising from the award of such prizes.

Limitation of Liability:

• By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless The Guthrie Clinic, its affiliates or sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
• The Guthrie Clinic is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or any errors or problems with the giveaway that are beyond its control.
• The Guthrie Clinic assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to participants or any other person or property related to or resulting from participating in the giveaway or from the use or acceptance of any prize.

Additional Rules:

• Odds of Winning: Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries. The total number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning.
• Final Decisions: All decisions regarding the giveaway are final. Void where prohibited by law.
