Partial Power Loss at Guthrie Johnson City Pavilion

We are currently experiencing a partial power loss at the Guthrie Johnson City Pavilion, resulting in intermittent electricity and affecting internet and phone services throughout most of the facility. Here's what you need to know:

  • We are actively contacting all primary and specialty patients with appointments at the Johnson City Pavilion to reschedule.
  • The Johnson City pharmacy is also closed. Patients can call one of our other Guthrie Pharmacy locations to transfer their prescriptions.
  • NYSEG technicians are assessing the situation. At this time, we do not have an estimated timeframe for power restoration. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience
