*Name removed* has seen 3 Neurologists and every time he has had an appointment in the past, the Doctor has performed a cognitive test. As this appt seemed to be winding down I asked if he would do a cognitive test. He said that is only done on an annual basis. I told him his condition has declined since the last visit but he still didn't screen him. I don't think he realizes that, for me as a caregiver, this is one of the most important parts of the visit.

Doctor Lopez was very clear in explaining to me about my stroke. He took time to explain everything to me so I could understand what happened to me.
