Guthrie Administrator Earned Certified Patient Experience Professional Credential
Guthrie is excited to announce that Theresa Hepp, Director of Patient Experience & Practice Administration has earned a prestigious certification in her field. The Certified Patient Experience Professional Certification (CPXP) is an international designation intended for healthcare professionals or other individuals with a commitment and interest in the improvement of patient experience. After months of preparation, Hepp passed the exam for certification in May. CPXP certification demonstrates clear qualifications to senior leaders, colleagues, and the industry. In addition, achievement of certification highlights a commitment to the profession and to maintaining current skills and knowledge in supporting and expanding the field of patient experience. Certifications like CPXP further strengthen Guthrie’s core values of demonstrating patient- centeredness, teamwork, and excellence.
