Guthrie Patient: May 2018
Dr. Galyanova is the most thorough physician I've ever been a patient of (and I've seen many).
Guthrie Patient: May 2018
I was told my appointment was going to be a follow up and physical. I was 10 minutes late due to Ithaca traffic but yet I still waited in the waiting area and in the room a total of 10 minutes. Once the doctor came in she informed me that I didn't show up to my last appointment, which I was unaware of, and that I was late to this appointment and I would have to schedule a follow up for the physical. Also note that I paid a $15 co-pay for her to tell me that I didn't respect her time and for her to ask me how the meds were going!!!
Guthrie Patient: May 2018
When Doctors only have 15 minutes to talk to a person that is not enough time.

Guthrie Patient: November 2017
worst bedside manner i've ever experienced. no confidence in this doctors ability to treat anything other than age related routine illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.. she's a prescriber for old people and doesn't know anything about wellness or new medicine. she doesn't come across as very well educated and up to date.
Guthrie Patient: November 2017
Dr made me feel like a number and my concerns about my health were trivial .
Guthrie Patient: October 2017
