Guthrie Patient: October 2018
This provider was quite rude. My husband is hard of hearing and was having a new onset of hearing problems and she was not empathetic at all. Joking about him not being able to hear what she was saying, and maybe she could write things down so he could understand and laughing. He could not hear her at all understandably but that is no reason to make a joke about it. That is VERY upsetting for me. I do not appreciate her humer at all.

krista spent a long time with me trying to find an antibiotic that I could take that didn't interact with all of my allergies to medications; I really appreciated that. and she was very easy to get ahold of when I had questions the next day about one of the medications she prescribed me

I let my Bath family know that I had a great experience. They've used Guthrie care for many years.

This is the 2nd time I have seen this provider in the walk-in clinic and I hope I am lucky enough to see this provider the next time I have to go here. She listens, explains, answers any questions and is friendly too.

Guthrie Patient: July 2018
I went to the walk in clinic, without an appointment and was seen quickly by a 'summer floater college student'. Once I provided my urine sample and it came back clear the student informed me I wouldn't be seeing the provider on staff and since I still had pain, I could go to the er. It seemed unprofessional the provider never came in to explain things. Why would I go to the er if my urine was clear. Three days later, another provider called to explain my sample grew bacteria and I needed a strong antibiotic right away. She found it strange I never saw a provider, considering I had been running fevers. It's my first time being disappointed with the walk in clinic.

She was excellent. She quickly determined the root cause of my issue and prescribed meds to fix it. She seemed to have a great deal of experience over many years of treating patients.
