I appreciate the way Krista Explains things in a way that I can understand. She listens to the what patient has to say, about how they are feeling & how they know they're bodies & symptoms.

elt terrible, went to the walk in clinic, told the provider my symptoms. provider did not know what was wrong, probably felt worse then I have ever I my life. Provider sent me for blood test, and said she would call be before 13:00, I had to call the next day and was told I had to wait for a call, waited till the following day, received a call said there is nothing wrong (I do not go to the Dr. unless someone is really wrong) and I told the receptionist that called me and that this was going on 3 days, she stated this must be what everyone else has, I asked what it was and she said I will have to have the provider contact you. The following day (day 4) recieved a call again from a receptionist, said nothing was wrong, I asked if there was anything else the could do, she said no. they were limited in the walk in clinic and if I wanted more care I would have to go to the ER. That is a terrible customer service solution, I do not plan on coming back to the Guthrie, once I was there the provider asked if I was married, then asked to a man or a woman, come on. that is not some you ask, also your records show I have chronic neck pain. I came there once and not sure what was done about it. accurate records would be great. I have had mostly bad experiences at the Guthrie. my wife and both usually get treated well. it would be nice to see all the providers treat everyone equally.

She is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Shes very professional and listens to what you have to say. She explained things and took time with me. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

The care provider never introduced herself. I had to look at the paperwork I received at the end of my visit to find out who she was. Also, I was there for a sore throat and she never even looked at my throat.

This provider was quite rude. My husband is hard of hearing and was having a new onset of hearing problems and she was not empathetic at all. Joking about him not being able to hear what she was saying, and maybe she could write things down so he could understand and laughing. He could not hear her at all understandably but that is no reason to make a joke about it. That is VERY upsetting for me. I do not appreciate her humer at all.

krista spent a long time with me trying to find an antibiotic that I could take that didn't interact with all of my allergies to medications; I really appreciated that. and she was very easy to get ahold of when I had questions the next day about one of the medications she prescribed me
