First time seeing *Ms. Earls - Again never disappointed in urology experience.

She was not experienced enough. Dr. Novak was in the facility --- I saw him. I was hoping that he would come into the room, but he didn't. When I made this appointment several months ago, I was told that Dr. Novak would be seeing me and I was happy because he is #1 and he would help me with some upcoming decisions about severe current health conditions. The assistant didn't know a lot. I was very disappointed.

Katie was wonderful. She provided excellent knowledge and teaching about my impending surgery, frequently stopping to asses if I understood or had questions. I came with questions about medications pre & post op which she answered thoroughly and a couple of meds she needed to check with MD. She found out those answers prior to my leaving. She included me in my plan of care. I am very pleased Katie is on my health care team.
