Guthrie Patient: June 2018
Happy with treatment.
Guthrie Patient: December 2017
She explained to me, again, how my new hearing aids work using different programs.
Guthrie Patient: November 2017
She was running back and forth giggling - 'I'm so scatterbrained!' I have decreased hearing L ear - She talked to me on L side even when I asked her NOT to. Totally confused me with instructions - asked her to clarify, she told me the same information. I told her I probably would wait until 2018 to get an aid, when the possible law would go through to decrease the price. She said (DIRECT QUOTE) 'Well, you don't think you're going to get a hearing aid for 10 or 20 dollars, do you?' Then I was told I was supposed to have seen *Dr. Hayes (my ear doctor) that same day - No one told me that - *Dr. Hayes told me earlier in the month I didn't need to see him except on PRN basis, *Dr. Pham told me 'NO', and told me to make appt. for both her and *Dr. Hayes - Front desk knew nothing of this, and I waited for over 25 minutes to get my appt. - finally told them to call me - still no call. #2. Horrible. #3. Very poor. #7. I'm a retired RN. #8. 20 min.
