Most residents live near the hospital in Sayre, PA. There are plentiful safe, affordable and beautiful rental apartments and houses within walking distance of your clinical sites, but if renting isn’t for you, low housing costs mean many residents can buy their first home before they even graduate from our program!

Attendings tend to be a bit more spread out throughout the region in both New York and Pennsylvania with many choosing to live in in the Ithaca, Corning, Elmira, and Watkins Glen areas, and others near our main hospital in Sayre.
