Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range $361,000 - $448,000
• Starting bonus and student loan repayment
• Paid relocation assistance
• Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage
• 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans with employer match
• Medical, dental, vision, prescription, life and disability insurance coverage
• 8 weeks of total Paid Time Off (4 weeks of vacation + 2 weeks CME + paid holidays + sick leave)
