Guthrie is looking for a passionate advanced practice provider to support our Ithaca Practice.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Ability to obtain/maintain New York State and Pennsylvania licenses.

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
- Full benefits include medical, dental, and disability insurance.
- Malpractice insurance with tail.
- Guthrie Retirement Savings Plan (403B) with employer match.
- Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals.
- A $15,000 referral bonus will be paid if a physician is referred for employment and hired full-time.
- Salary range - $115,000 to $155,000
Career Development
- Meeting time - 7 days with options for home study.
- $1,700 annually for conference registration certifications and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies.
- APP support and guidance provided by the Advanced Practice Provider Council.
