Candidate Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Ability to obtain/maintain New York State and Pennsylvania licenses.

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Full benefits include medical, dental, and disability insurance.
• Malpractice insurance with tail.
• Guthrie Retirement Savings Plan (403B) with employer match.
• Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals.
• A $15,000 referral bonus will be paid if a physician is referred for employment and hired full-time.
• Salary range - $115,000 to $155,000

Career Development 

• Meeting time - 7 days with options for home study.
• $1,700 annually for conference registration certifications and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies.
• APP support and guidance provided by the Advanced Practice Provider Council.
