Opportunity Highlights

• The provider will have a regional presence at Ithaca City Harbor 3 days per week and Cortland Regional Medical Center 2 days per week. 
• The typical work week is Monday through Friday, five days clinic with hospital consult support in Cortland.
• Experienced and newly graduated candidates are equally welcome.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license
