Seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care within the Physical Therapy Service Line at our Big Flats Clinic


Highlights of the Position

• Collaborative practice with medical providers, as well as a rehab model that includes Physical Therapy assistants, Physical Therapists, and Certified Hand Therapists
• The rehab facility is embedded into the Surgical Specialties building, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Interventional Pain, Cardiology, Pediatrics, and Occupational Medicine.
• Responsibilities include providing a full range of physical therapy services, assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within the outpatient setting.  This role will also provide outpatient/corporate ancillary physical therapy services by conducting job demand analyses along with physical work environment assessments.
• Outpatient practice at Big Flats Specialties and Rehabilitation
