Pediatrics Inpatient - Advanced Practitioner (Binghamton, NY)
Guthrie Lourdes Hospital is seeking a dedicated and caring Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist in the inpatient care of newborns. The Advanced Practitioner will provide medical management of newborns and partner with the multidisciplinary team on the Women and Children's floor of Guthrie Lourdes Hospital.
Highlights of the Opportunity
- Coordinate medical management of newborns as part of a multidisciplinary team, including family medicine residents and providers, OB/GYN providers, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff.
- Partner with nursing staff leadership and nurse educators to promote ongoing training to support competencies needed for the management of newborns.
- Work within a team of dedicated Pediatric Advance Providers and collaborate with Guthrie Lourdes Pediatricians.

Candidate Requirements

- Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) preferred. Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) and Physician Assistants will be considered.
- Experience in a primary care or pediatrics setting preferred.

- Starting salary $115,000 - $130,000/yr
